TSB Management Group, LLC. (TSBMG), was formed on May 20, 2019. The company currently manages over 1,100 apartment homes in the central Virginia area, with a combined asset value of over $130 million dollars. TSBMG is owned by Lawrence Shaia, who has been involved in commercial and residential real estate development for over 30 years. The TSBMG corporate team has an additional 30 years of residential property management experience.
